Back to an abbreviated southbound neighborhood walk after yesterday's no walk. 6.54 km and about 3 km in I felt an uh-oh! on the left side of my lower back. But I decided I'd see if I could walk it off just like I walked it on and I did. 'S wonderful! 'S marvelous!
Beautiful day, looks like rain might be heading our way.
