Today's no walk report: 020314

One of those days. Lots of stuff to do plus a just in case sort of "recovery" day. It wasn't worth mentioning yesterday, besides--who cares? But lower back pain and tensor fasciae latae issues again put a damper on the physical side of Sunday's walk.  I did take the time to make this spiffy graphic. That's all folks!
