It was a 1/2 way and back day today. That means no zig-zag on re-entry. Monday & Tuesday walks were power walks. Yesterday I averaged 14:27 minute miles over 5.13 miles and it felt great. I don't usually figure this out. At 57 years of age, out in the street with a bunch of morons desperate to get home, that's pretty good. Today was slow, I was feeling a little beat up. Rough estimate, close to 18 minute miles over about 4 miles. The basic theme was "fuck it." Also, it should be noted we hit a high today in my neighborhood of 90.2º and out the door it was still 89º. We're almost 1/2 way though November here folks. Northern hemisphere. That blows. Music was great though...

Today's walk report: 111313
Hump day.

Today's walk report: 110413
Short walk for a long day.
I've been busy. Something bit me today and I finally started rearranging my living room to accommodate a better A/V experience plus nothing has changed here much since 1962 so it's about time.
I'll leave you with the music I listened to for the duration of my 4.5 km walk and beyond and I'm back to moving furniture.
