Saturday's Belated Walk Report

Saturday, unspoken grief.

Right now I'm fulfilling a promise to my beloved cat, Lucy, as she sleeps peacefully in my lap. For some reason, me, at my desk, has become her favorite place to hang. The only place right now where she curls up to doze in my lap. Her content is my content. Pictures taken on Saturday were already edited that afternoon. I'm not going to write much in order to avoid dangling my sleeves over my kitty's ears.

The ravens were a close encounter. I really enjoyed talking to these two and thanks to Docken for joining me over the phone.

The female is on the left and the male is on the right (duh).

The female took off right after that picture was taken but the male hung out with me for quite awhile.

Once he flew off I started walking laps around the top of the hill.

Elephant mountain.

A lesser goldfinch (Spinus psaltria). Lesser than what!, he proudly chirps.

I think I was on my third lap around the hilltop and I was joined by the female raven.

Peace and positive vibes from me and Lu. ❤️
