There wasn't anything going on, it was amazingly quiet out. I did see the egret heading for the garden when I was up on the hill so I tried to get the camera ready as it approached me... and I didn't. That could have been a nice shot. It was heading in within a few minutes of yesterday's arrival. I expect this will be fairly regular for awhile--although tomorrow school's in session and I'm out for 4 days.
