The walk today was all about the music taking me away so I could get it done. I'm 57 years old and right now I'm covering a lot of bases in a day, so sometimes pounding out 8.77 km at the end of it is no piece of cake. The music made it happen today, in fact, I was .5 km to go and I suddenly realized just that.

May Day!
The walk today was all about the music taking me away so I could get it done. I'm 57 years old and right now I'm covering a lot of bases in a day, so sometimes pounding out 8.77 km at the end of it is no piece of cake.
